The Board of Directors of the DCI group are fully committed to the International Standard EN ISO 14001:2004. Registration is a further endorsement of the company's policies and objectives which are to provide products of a higher quality with better service and value than our competitors and to comply with the needs and expectations of it's customers.

The Board of Directors are fully committed to preventing pollution and complying with current European Environmental legislation. Our products are designed to meet customer environmental requirements by using where possible recyclable materials and reducing packaging.

International Standard EN ISO 9001:2000

Registration signifies that our company has developed an approved set of procedures by which our operation is run and monitored. Many organizations decide to implement ISO 9001 and obtain registration because it assures customers that the company has a good 'Quality Management System' in place. Therefore quality standards are maintained, and will be improved.

This is a prestigious acknowledgement for any company, and our dedication and commitment to producing only the highest quality products is reinforced by this recognition.

The Queen's Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2004

DCI - Jet Tec received this prestigious award after producing their extralife technology. Allowing the consumer access to extra ink from their ink cartridge.

Jet Tec 'Extra life' cartridges feature a tiny microprocessor mounted on the cartridge that allows the printer to extract more ink from the cartridge (in some cases upto 100%) after it has initially given the signal that the ink has run out.
